Both shows were a great success !! welldone to everyone who took part in one or both of the productions.
The Wiz was a massive success and congratulations to everyone who put their heart and soles into it.sky high productions is now well and truly up and running with plans to have a christmas concert which auditions for this will be posted very soon.Also in January we will be informing everyone as to the next big productions .We have a few ideas but nothing decided yet.
We hope that more people will audition for parts as we have a great pool of talent to work with.

DVD for both shows have been ordered £17.99 and these should be here ready to purchase from the begining of the new term.

raffle
We recently held two raffels ,one for the cheerleading which managed to raise £190.70. £100 was spent on the cheerleading bows worn when entering competitions.The rest will stay in the pot ready for the next thing needed by the cheerleading group.
The dance school raffel raised £186.55 this might seem alot but when you consider there is over 200 students in the school this could have been alittle better.Still this money will help provide mics needed for the productions we are putting on at the hazlitt theatre .
In order for all students to be able to take part in these exciting events it would be nice if a group of parents or older students would help to organize fund raising. This is the first year for over 10yrs that there has not been a penny in the PTA to help to cover costs of costumes so therefore this year we have recycled alot and also had to ask parents to pay.
i know this is a difficult time but if we all pitch in we could help each other.
PLEASE !!! tell friends family neighbours etc about the shows as a full house is a good house and stdents do not want to be performing to an empty theatre.
